We don't let the size of your project affect the quality of our service. We love to take on smaller projects and maintenance on your commercial space. We work clean and fit into your schedule to make sure that your building looks and functions at its best while mitigating the disruption to your operations. Getting the right space for the right price is key to the success of any business. At Assegai Construction we prefer to start before you sign a lease or purchase the building. We partner with you to assess the space, advising on scope, cost, schedule and constructability. This equips the client with the necessary information going into lease or purchase negotiations. Once a space is secured we provide value engineering and cost estimating to ensure that your design aligns with your budget and business goals. We make sure the project is using appropriate materials, ensuring that designs are quickly and accurately costed, that designs highly constructable and where possible suggest value engineering options and assistance
ARCHITECTURAL FABRICATION
We got into the business to build cool stuff. At ASSEGAI we have architectural wood workers, carvers and sculptors on staff.
